- Executed the recruiting process, which include the implementation of Job Portal search/ job
posting.
- Responsible for handling end to end full recruitment cycle
- Sourcing from Job Portals (JobDiva, Monster, Career Builder and Dice).
- Interviewing candidates over the phone in order to determine the job 'fit' in terms of job
description specified by the client.
- Follow up with the managers for the feedback, hand holding candidates till they join the

- Achieving Daily Submittals Targets and maintaining good submittals to Interview/Placement

online and proprietary recruiting.
- Database Search/ Reference Search/ Mass Mail and Personal Contact List.
- Telephonic Screening and discussion with the Consultant/Vendor regarding the skill set and rate
negotiation (Corp 2 Corp as well as W2)
- Conducted phone screens, interviews, and reference check for prospective candidates.
Submitting the profile to the concern Account Manager with perfect match as per the job
requirement.
- Follow up with the consultant and the client to check the post-submission status.
Regular updating and maintenance of established staffing company employers' and tier vendors.
- Maintain professional as well as personal relationship with the Consultants as well as Vendors
which is key to success in this business.
