Company profile:-

 InMovidu Technologies Pvt Ltd is a manage marketplace founded in April 2020 which is
AI based online learning platform that provides students and instructor with the simulation

providing them solutions using a live interactive platform using the latest technology with

the innovation to provide live sessions to the students with access to Industrial expert online

programs & Internships with certifications.

 Inmovidu Technologies Pvt Ltd aim to make students self-reliant in every sphere of life by
giving the technical and tactical concepts of self-education related to technical and

management domains.

 Inmovidu technologies acts as invisible mentor to the students creating the channels to
enhance their knowledge. It gives variety of training programs, Internships, and live

projects etc.

 It is collaborated with multiple MNCs as well Start-up’s to provide Industrial training


programs, certifications, internships, and live projects to the students.

 Target audience of Inmovidu is only K12 To K16.

OWNERSHIP PATTERN:-

It is a private organization. It is a non-federal body that is self-sustaining and established on

federal property by people that are not acting in a federal government capacity. Also, it

comes under a partnership firm, which is formed with two or more persons to run a business

with a view to earn profit. The organization is owned by three partners: Omisha Chhetri,

Mridula Bhupendra Chhetri and Pushparaj. All the decisions are taken by three of them but
the most active partner is Mridula Bhupendra Chhetri, where she looks into all day-to-day

activities and also takes all the day to day decisions.

Its authorized share capital is INR 10.00lac and the total paid-up capital is INR 1.09lac.

audience Inmovidu had two sister companies and that are 1stop & Coincent.

1stop:-

intelligence, Web development, Machine learning, Ansys, AutoCAD and Catia.

• Focus on increasing the job opportunities.

4 to 5 Live Projects, soft copy learning material, assured internship opportunity, PPO based

on performance and placement consultancy.

Company portfolio:-

➢ Marketing:-

• B2B Team:- In this Business-to-Business Team we generate the leads by

collaborating with the different campus ambassador and creating the social media

groups and generating google form responses. In the groups all the information

regarding the Industrial Training is posted in group with the help of the campus

ambassador.

• B2C Team:- In Business to Consumer Team segregating the leads into potential

and non-potentials. Pitching them potential leads and converting them to take up the

courses.
• Digital Marketing Team:- creating the social media campaign through the

different social media platforms, and also generating the leads from our official

website. Those will be given to the B-to-B team and B-to-C teams.

Operations:-

Operation Team hosts the day-to-day online classes and also work on the support team for

the queries we get from the customers. Assigning the LMS (Learning Management

System), dashboards credentials to students. Updating the class schedules to the students.

➢ HR:-
Manage and fulfil the manpower needed and bringing in more potential and skilled

employee to the organizations.

➢ Finance:-

Managing the payment records done by the students and also maintain a daybook for the

daily expenses.
NATURE OF BUISNESS:-

Inmovidu is basically an Ed-tech industry which provides undergraduate students

with the certification based industrial training and internship opportunities.

Inmovidu is partnered with MTA (Microsoft Technologies

Associated), Autodesk certified consumer, and Adobe certified associate. Inmovidu

Technologies is leader in business and academia who has come together to employee

students. Inmovidu use the design thinking and a problem-solving approach focused on

learners and concentrating on application-based learning. Today India’s EdTech market is

the world’s second largest and is only. By 2022 the market is set to hit $3.2 billion. It is the

one of the industries which has seen rapid pandemic growth. The schools

and coaching classes had to rely on technology to continue teaching during the lockdown.

We’ve seen a great deal of activity in the field of EdTech lately. A combination of two

terms, "Education" and "Technology" is EdTech. This applies to technologies designed to

boost educational performance (hardware or software). The new generation of learners

today are aware of the rising need for information that they can enforce. For employers to

recruit an applicant, the ability to apply expertise is critical. Via virtual reality, augmented

reality and mixed reality, ed-tech start-ups help learners understand topics better. Not only

can these technologies make learning more enjoyable, but they allow learners to easily

understand complex concepts.

PRODUCT/SERVICES PROFILE:-

Inmovidu technologies is product as well as service oriented. Here in this organization, they

provide the products for the student i.e., technical, and nontechnical programs for the

undergraduate students. The thing is not only selling the programs and also assisting the

after-
sale service or providing the dashboard and LMS (learning Management System) also comes

under the services.

I worked as Business Development Intern at Inmovidu Technologies in the marketing field in both

the Business-to-Consumer and also Business-to-Business team.

WEEK 1:-

Job assigned:-

• This week was a training period where we got the clear picture of the following:

• About the company and two sister companies.

• About the area of operations.

• About the company’s products and services

Explored about company, area of operations and company’s product and services.
WEEK 2:-

Job assigned:-

• To understand USP of the Inmovidu.

• Knowledge on target audience.

• Generating potential prospects with the given target 300(Target Reached 294)

• Knowledge on Products and services for conversion process

Learning outcome:-

• Got to know about USP and target audience of the company.

• Understood the two approaches of marketing followed by Inmovidu.

• Followed lead generation and conversion pitching process to get potential prospects and achieved
the target.

WEEK 3:-

Job assigned:-

• To create business profile of WhatsApp, adding quick replies, and creating the catalogue of
products and services.

• Understanding two different processes for conversion.


• Sample pitching (practice) on conversion pitch.

• Filtering the potential prospects out of target audience

• Pitching and converting them.

• Learned about Business WhatsApp and created business profile.

• Learned to pitch to different kinds of audience.

• Applying the concepts of organic marketing in generation of leads.

• Knowledge transfer on hierarchy of the lead generation.

• Contacting the students from different colleges and reaching out to them and onboarding them as

a campus ambassador and giving the target to them.

Job assigned:-

I was working in Business-to-Consumer team for the conversion part I need to pitch the leads

which were assigned to me about the industrial training programs which we offer for the

students and get the registrations for the programs and send the confirmation forms for the

referral and reach the target assigned for the particular month.
