Smart EdgeEducation India Pvt. Ltd. is a leading company in the field of ICT program since
2009. We worked with very high aspirations and now have bigger results.SmartEdgehas a
clientele of more than 500 prestigious schools/ colleges and institutes and over 200000
students are being benefited with the company’s acumen and the course-ware in the whole
northern region.SmartEdge is providing training solutions in IT, hard ware, and networking,
teaching and learning abilities for smart School Learning Solutions. Smartedge is offering a
product : smart classroom, computer lad, language lab, activity lab, math lab and skill
development training.

cater to the requirements of institutional and corporate clients and retail clients, and for ease of
operation.

 Customer satisfaction is a term frequently used in marketing. It is a measure of


how products and services supplied by a company meet or surpass customer
expectation.

total customers, whose reported experience with a firm, its products, or its
services (ratings) exceeds specified satisfaction goals.
 Customers satisfaction is an overall psychological state the reflectsthe
evaluation of a
relationship between the customers/consumer and a company environment product
Services.
 Satisfaction involved one of the following three psychological elements: -
Cognitive ( thinking / Evaluation ), Affective (Emotional / Feeling) and
Behavioral .
 “Satisfaction” itself can refers to a numberof different facts of relationship with

Being customer focused nowadays has to be accepted as a bare necessity to conduct
business. Globalization and value - driven business imperatives would therefore mean
that mistakes are not going to be tolerated; substandard products and services will
ensure that the weak are not going to continue competing; and fragile practices and
poorly defined and managed processes will not get accepted. Apart from anything else,
true competitive advantage will only be established through excellence in customer
value and the ensuing relentless care and attention provided . Customer satisfaction is a
very often misused and abused Expression. Many organizations use it casually in order
to state that their customers are happy and satisfied with the levels of service
rendered and the products and services .

OBJECTIVES AND SCOPE OF STUDY

Objectives of the study :-

 To study the customer satisfaction level towards the product of Smartedge education
private limited.

 Which factors are responsible for the customer satisfaction

Scope of the study :-

Scope of the study is limited to the Smartedge education private limited.

RESEARCH METHODOLOGY

The process used to collect information and data for the purpose of making decision. The
methodology may include publication research, interview, survey and others research
techniques, and could include both present and historical information.

Sample size: - 50

Sampling technique: Convenient Sampling

Sampling Area- We have chosen area Bathinda and near by Bathinda i.e, Muktsar, Faridkot,
etc.

Research is an art of scientific investigation. In other word research is a scientific and
systematic search for pertinent information on a specific topic. The logic behind taking
research methodology into consideration is that one can have knowledge about the method
and procedure adopted for achievement of objectives of the project. With the adoption of this
others can evaluate the results also. Its main aim is to keep the researchers on the right track.
For data collection I used to do survey and it can done with the help of sampling which can
explained as:

Sampling
A population is a collection of all the data points being studied .Because of sampling us can
take these advantages:

• The population may be too large to be studied in full

• A study of a sample is usually cheaper than a study of the population.

• Sampling involves less work as compared with a census. Hence; the chances of errors
while processing the data are less.

• In destructive testing sampling is the only available course.

• Testing the entire population may not be possible.

Sample Size: - Keeping in mind all the constraints the size of the sample of the study is
selected as 50, the persons belonging to various classes ( schools and college coordinator)
who are working.

Sampling Technique: -The technique used for my study is convenient sampling that
consists of questionnaire, which are given to respondents. Nature of Questionnaire is closed

ended which means a respondent must have to choose an option among given options.

Descriptive Research:-

The study is based on the descriptive research. It is concerned with determining the frequency
with which something occurs or extent relationship between two variables. The methodology
adopted for studying the objectives will be surveying the user of petroleum product the city
of Bathinda. So keeping in view the nature of requirements of the study to collect all the
relevant information regarding the extent of awareness of the customers of the products,
direct personal interview method with structured questionnaire adopted for the collection of
primary data. Secondary data is collected through the various newspapers and by surfing on
Internet. The methodology of this project is based upon the various sources of data collected
as mention below like primary data, secondary data, and the tools used.

 According to survey majority respondents like quality, few respondent like price and
very fewrespondents e others options.
 According to survey few respondent like more quality, majority respondent like more
features, very few respondent like price related option but currently do not available.
 According to analysis, majority of the respondent said that smartedge product is more
beneficial.
 According to survey majority respondent satisfy with smartedge products.
 I find that majority respondent satisfy and few do not satisfy with the after sales
services of smartedge products.
 According to survey feedback about smartedge product majority respondent is good,
few respondent is medium and very few respondent is poor.

Recommendations

As we recommend that smartedge products are very important role play in schools &
colleges. However, it has certain limitation also. Smartedge product is providing generally,
better study, more practical work, smart classroom and provide skill development training.

So, due to less disadvantages and more advantages smartedge products are great role in
professional life. They also need to target villages and govt school & colleges. In the end I
want to recommend the Smartedge make some facilities for satisfied that customers like:-

 More Quality
 More Features
 Price related options.

CONCLUSION
My research topic is “A project report on customer satisfaction level towards the products of
smartedge private limited”. Objective of the study is to study the customer satisfaction level
towards the product of Smartedge education private limited.

According to survey All of the respondents were aware about smartedge education products.
According to them, Smartedge products can also provide better study. According to survey,
smartedge is more suitable for more practical work, smart classroom & labs and skill

development training and majority of the respondents were satisfied with the products of
smartedge Education Products, and few of them were not satisfied, so company should
provide super quality of products with other good features and less price so that company will
satisfy all the customers.
