ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
2012 & 2013 batch of BE / B Tech / ME / M Tech / MCA belonging to CSE / IT / ECE / EEE / EIE / E&E
/ Applied Electronics / Computer & Technology / Electrical / ETE / ICE / Software Engg/ Mechanical
(Full time only)
Consistent academic record of a minimum 60% in X, XII or Diploma (if applicable)
Academic record (considering all subjects)
Min 65% in recent education degree (for Universities in Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala,
Pondicherry &Tamilnadu). For PG candidates 60% in preceding UG degree is acceptable
Min 60% in recent education degree (for Universities in Other States except Andhra Pradesh,
Karnataka, Kerala, Pondicherry &Tamilnadu). For PG candidates 60% in preceding UG degree is
acceptable
No standing arrears at the time of test/interview process
Recent education - convocation or provisional certificate and Consolidated (or) Semester wise mark
sheet is mandatory during interview process
Open only to Indian nationals
Note: CGPA to equivalent Percentage would be calculated as per the respective University norms.

The data of the Registered eligible candidates will be shared with Cognizant and shall be informed about the
schedule of the aptitude test.
Selected candidates from the aptitude test, will be invited for technical interview on the appointed date
COMPENSATION
Annual Total Compensation during probation: INR 301,500; including a target annual incentive of INR 20,000.
The target annual incentive will vary depending on your performance, and that of Cognizant. You will also have
to be on Cognizant rolls on the date of the payout.
On successful completion of the probation period, clearing of Dovetail examination and subject to you being part
of a delivery project, your annual total compensation would be revised to Rs.335,000.
