12345 was awarded to five (5) Agrarian Beneficiaries namely:

(i) ARB1, (ii) ARB2, (iii) ARB3, (iv) ARB4, and (v) ARB5 . It was registered
on January 2, 1990 with Original Certificate of Title No. D-4321 bearing
Lot No. 143, PLS-888 with a total area of 15.0000 hectares situated at
Barangay Poblacion, Trento, Agusan del Sur.
Upon your validation, you came up with the following findings:
1. ARB1 never cultivated the land since its award, thereby, failing to
make the land productive. AT1 is now tilling the area of award.
2. ARB2 decided to sell his area of award on January 2, 1999 when
his child got sick to AT2 in which the latter is now found to be the
tiller thereat.
3. ARB3 died on January 2, 2020 and his son, AT3, is now cultivating
his area of award.
4. ARB4 sold his area of award to AT4 on January 2, 2011, who is
now cultivating the land.
5. ARB5 executed a Waiver of Rights in favor of DAR after deciding to
cultivate another landholding located in another Municipality.
AT5 was found to be in the area cultivating the same.
