AFFIDAVIT

That We, Anabel G. Aromin, single, a resident of Central East, Bauang, La Union; of legal age,
Filipino, Katherine Aromin-Ducusin, married to Ricardo N. Ducusin Jr., a resident of Central East,
Bauang, La Union; of legal age, Filipino, Irene Aromin-Sibaen, married to Jerry C. Sibaen, a resident of
Rufina Subd., Parian, San Fernando City, La Union, for herself and as Attorney-In-Fact of her co-heir:
Julita G. Aromin, likewise of legal age, single and with address at Central East, Bauang, La Union,
under oath state:

1. That we are the only surviving children of spouses C. Rodolfo C. Aromin and Gliceria G. Aromin who
both died intestate at Central East Bauang, La Union, on August 2, 2013 and April 8, 2017,
respectively;

2. That our deceased parents left herein real properties located at Bauang, La Union and Bacnota, La
Union described as follows;

For real properties located at Bauang, La Union:

a.) A parcel of land located at Barangay Bucayab, Bauang, La Union assigned as Cad. Lot No.
3100022 (9892); with Tax Declaration Number 2014-07-0010-00002, with an area of EIGHTY-
FOUR THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED FIFTY-FOUR (84,454) square meters, classified as
agricultural/ sandy; bounded on the North: 05; on the East: 02, 07,10, 11, 13, on the South: SEC 006,
13, 10; and on the West: SEC 01.

b.) A parcel of land located at Barangay Central East, Bauang, La Union, assigned as Cad. Lot No.
6510-C; with Tax Declaration Number 2009-07-0002-00888, with an area of SEVENTY-FOUR (74)
square meters, classified as agricultural/ orchard; bounded on the North: 02; on the East: 04; on the
South: 11; and on the West: 06.

c.) A parcel of land located at Barangay Central East, Bauang, La Union, assigned as Cad. Lot No.
6510-B; with Tax Declaration Number 2009-07-0002-00889, with an area of SEVENTY-FOUR (74)
square meters, classified as agricultural/ orchard; bounded on the North: 02; on the East: 05; on the
South: 11; and on the West: 07.

d.) A parcel of land located at Barangay Central East, Bauang, La Union, assigned as Cad. Lot No.
6510-A; with Tax Declaration Number 2009-07-0002-00890 with an area of SEVENTY-FOUR (74)
square meters, classified as agricultural/ orchard; bounded on the North: 02; on the East: 06; on the
South: 11; and on the West: 08.

e.) A parcel of land located at Barangay Central East, Bauang, La Union, classified as commercial,
with Tax Declaration Number 2009-07-0002-00892, with an area of TWO HUNDRED FORTY
(240) square meters; bounded on the North: 02; on the East: 08; on the South: 10; and on the West:
01.

f.) A commercial/ residential building built within the parcel of land above-described, with a floor
area of TWO HUNDRED SEVENTY-FOUR and SIXTY-FIVE (274.65) square meters, with Tax
Declaration Number 2009-07-0002-00894, also located at Barangay Central East, Bauang, La Union.

For real properties located at Bacnotan, La Union:

g.) A parcel of land located at Barangay Bulala, Bacnotan, La Union, assigned as Cad. Lot No. 164,
with Tax Declaration Number 2009-03-0010-00182, with an area of TWO THOUSAND TWO
HUNDRED FORTY-EIGHT (2,248) square meters, classified as agricultural/ orchard and
residential; bounded on the North: 04, 0034; on the East: 001-35; on the South: 07, 06; and on the
West: 03, 08.
h.) A residential building built within the parcel of land above-mentioned, with a floor area of
SEVENTY-EIGHT (78) square meters, with Tax Declaration Number 2009-03-0010-00183,
located at Barangay Bulala, Bacnotan, La Union

i.) A parcel of land located at Barangay Bulala, Bacnotan, La Union, assigned as Cad. Lot No. 162,
with Tax Declaration Number 2009-03-0010-00184, with an area of ELEVEN THOUSAND FOUR
HUNDRED SEVENTY (11,470) square meters, classified as agricultural/ sandy; bounded on the
North: 05; on the East: SEC 001-35; on the South: SEC 005-20; and on the West: 07, 14.

j.) A parcel of land located at Barangay Bulala, Bacnotan, La Union, assigned as Cad. Lot No.
163-A, with Tax Declaration Number 2009-03-0010-00185, with an area of ONE THOUSAND
SEVEN HUNDRED FIVE (1,705) square meters, classified as agricultural/ pasture/ coconut;
bounded on the North: 08, 05; on the East: 06; on the South: 14; and on the West: 09, 10.

k.) A parcel of land located at Barangay Bulala, Bacnotan, La Union, assigned as Cad. Lot No. 191,
with Tax Declaration Number 2009-03-0010-00378, with an area of FOUR THOUSAND ONE
HUNDRED FORTY-THREE (4,143) square meters, classified as agricultural/ unirrigated
Riceland; bounded on the North: 0039; on the East: 24, SEC. 008-02; on the South: 25; and on the
West: 22, 21, 30.

l.) A parcel of land located at Barangay Bulala, Bacnotan, La Union, assigned as Cad. Lot No. 1901,
with Tax Declaration Number 2009-03-0010-00382, with an area of ONE THOUSAND TWO
HUNDRED SIX (1,206) square meters, classified as agricultural/ unirrigated Riceland; bounded on
the North: 28; on the East: 26; on the South: SEC 010-02, 03, 04; and on the West: 31.

m.) A parcel of land located at Barangay Bulala, Bacnotan, La Union, assigned as Cad. Lot No. 485,
with Tax Declaration Number 2009-03-0010-00384, with an area of NINE HUNDRED ELEVEN
(911) square meters, classified as agricultural/ unirrigated Riceland; bounded on the North: 30; on
the East: 25; on the South: 28; and on the West: 31.

n.) A parcel of land located at Barangay Sipulo, Bacnotan, La Union, assigned as Cad. Lot No. 238,
with Tax Declaration Number 2009-03-0044-00542, with an area of THREE HUNDRED SIXTY-
ONE (361) square meters, classified as agricultural/ orchard; bounded on the North: 14; on the East:
17; on the South: 31; and on the West: 15.

o.) A parcel of land located at Barangay Sipulo, Bacnotan, La Union, assigned as Cad. Lot No. 232-
PT, with Tax Declaration Number 2009-03-0044-00539, with an area of ONE THOUSAND SEVEN
HUNDRED NINE (1,709) square meters, classified as agricultural/ unirrigated Riceland; bounded
on the North: 01; on the East: 12; on the South: 14; and on the West: 15.

p.) A parcel of land located at Barangay Sipulo, Bacnotan, La Union, assigned as Cad. Lot No. 237-
PT, with Tax Declaration Number 2009-03-0044-00540, with an area of ONE THOUSAND SIX
HUNDRED FIFTY-ONE (1,651) square meters, classified as agricultural/ orchard; bounded on the
North: 12 and 13; on the East: 17; on the South:16; and on the West: 15.

q.) A parcel of land located at Barangay Santa Cruz, Bacnotan, La Union, assigned as Cad. Lot No.
6279, with Tax Declaration Number 2009-03-0040-00439, with an area of ONE THOUSAND SIX
HUNDRED FIFTY-ONE (1,651) square meters, classified as agricultural/ unirrigated riceland,;
bounded on the North: 02; on the East: 02, on the South:04 and 5; and on the West 05.

r.) A parcel of land located at Barangay Quirino, Bacnotan, La Union, assigned as Cad. Lot No.
9972-E, with Tax Declaration Number 2009-03-0036-00077, with an area of NINE HUNDRED
NINETY (990) square meters, classified as agricultural/ stoney, this parcel of lot is also covered by
Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-4788, FP-1690 PT; bounded on the North: 13; on the East: 23,
on the South:15; and on the West South China Sea.

That the parcel of land located in Bulala, Bacnotan described in paragraph (g) have an
existing improvement with residential building described in paragraph (h) which are subject for
taxation within the said property as of this date;
That the parcel of land located in Central East, Bauang described in paragraph (e) have an
existing improvement with commercial/residential building described in paragraph (f) which are
subject for taxation within the said property as of this date;

That the parcels of land described in paragraphs (a), (b), (c), (d), (i), (j) (k), (l), (m), (n),
(o), (p), (q), (r) the fact that there are no improvements which are subject for taxation within the
said property as of this date;

That the parcels of land is not being tenanted are free from any retention rights from any
tenant-farmers or leasehold lessee;

That the properties are not subject of any pending action before any court or tribunal;

The transferor did not own an agricultural land in the excess of five (5) hectares; and

That this affidavit is executed to attest to the fact that the said properties are not tenanted
and with/non improvements which are taxable, and we are attesting to the fact that all our
statements above are true and correct in the best of our knowledge.
