Job Description:

General Manager: Allocating budget resources, formulating strategies, planning daily

operations, tracking and empowering staff, controlling operating expenses, maintaining
good customer support, enhancing management processes, communicating with
suppliers, recruiting and training employees, finding business opportunities, and
monitoring financial activities would be part of the duties of the General Manager.
Production Manager: The Production Manager’s responsibility is to guarantee
that manufacturing processes run reliably and efficiently. His/her job is to plan and
organize production schedules, estimating, negotiating, agreeing budgets and
schedules with clients and managers
Marketing Manager: The management of the promotion and positioning of a brand or
the goods and services that a business offers is the responsibility of a marketing
manager. Marketing managers are usually employed to persuade more clients to
purchase from the business and to increase awareness of the brand by designing
marketing strategies.
Financial Manager: For the long-term financial gain of a company or corporation,
financial managers produce financial reports, guide investments, and create plans and
strategies. They can work and work closely with the management team at hotels, banks,
and insurance companies.
Purchasing Officer: The duties of the Purchasing Manager include the implementation
of purchasing plans, the preservation of good relationships with vendors, coordination of
supply requirements with internal departments and oversight of the purchasing team in
their daily activities.
Graphic Designer: The graphic designer's job is to collaborate with customers, to brief
and advise them on design style, format, print output and timescales. For product
diagrams, company logos and blogs, designing concepts, graphics and layouts.
Determining copy and illustrative content size and arrangement, as well as font type and
size.
Production Assistant: Being a Production Assistant involves printing documents and

Financial Assistant: A Finance Assistant's duties include making payments, monitoring

principles of bookkeeping and accounting, good management skills, and working
knowledge of accounting software to be effective as a Finance Assistant.
Purchasing Assistant: Responsibilities of Purchasing Assistant includes researching
new suppliers, tracking deliveries and updating order records such as dates, invoices
and discounts. He/she will eventually make cost-effective acquisitions to ensure that a
properly balanced store is preserved.
Ownership: Care of Duty has a general partnership that is run by four individuals who
controls and share the business earnings. Having a general partnership type of
ownership allows all partners to share in all assets, profits, and financial and legal
liabilities of a jointly-owned business. Partners have equal power when making a
decision for the business.
Capitalization: The assessed capital fund that will be used to start the business will be

 Php 20,000.00 for the materials
 Php 5,000.00 for advertising fees
 Php 5,000.00 for business mileage
