    Subject:- Rationalisation of JKBOSE Class 9h and 10th Syllabi-Reg.
    In continuation to this office notification No: F(A cad-C) Rationalisation/9"-12" B/23 Dated:
    19-05-2023, issued regarding rationalisation of JKBOSE syllabi, it is hereby notified for the
    informationof allthe concerned that:
    The syllabi of the below mentioned subjects of class 10" has been rationalised but the
    scheme of assessment shall remain same:
    i) Mathematics ii) Science iii) Social Science
    The sylabi and scheme of assessment of the following subjects of class 10" shall remain
    same:
    i) General English ii) Urdu iii)) Hindi.
    3. The syllabi of the below mentioned subjects of class 9th has been rationalised and scheme of
    assessment has beenrevised and updated as per NEP-2020.
    Mathematics ii) Science iii) Social Science

    4. The syllabi of the following subjects of class gh shall remain same but the scheme of
    assessment has been revised and updated as per NEP-2020:
    i) GeneralEnglish ii) Urdu ii) Hindi.
    5 For Classes 9h and 10h, the scheme of assessment of additional/optionalsubjects and subjects
    for CWSN has been changed as per NEP 2020.
    Accordingly, the Question Papers for Annual (Regular) examination shall be set as per
    revised scheme of assessment/syllabi scheduled to be held in the month of March-April 2024.
    However, in case of S.No. 5separate question papers will be set accordingly from old and new
    scheme of assessment as per BOSE norms.
