SUBJECT: Visit of Education Minister of Sindh

I’m writing to inform you that, over the next week, the honorable Education Minister of Sindh
Mr. Syed Sardar Ali Shah wants to visit our university.

It is requested to all the faculty members to start the necessary preparations for this visit as he
would pay a formal visit to different departments and would also address to faculty members. As
this will be a High-profile visit, so the presence of all the faculty members is mandatory and
strict punctuality should be observed. It is also requested from all the faculty members to follow
the guidelines of SOPs.

Please let me know if you have any questions. In the meantime, I'd appreciate your cooperation
as this official visit takes place.
