To perform the following changes, please, log on to the system in ES language.

1 CHANGES TO THE CONTENT OF TABLE VIEW V_T554P

1.1. Access the V_T554P view through SM30 transaction.
1.2. Click on edit and add the following entries:

1.3. Save your entries.

2 CHANGES TO THE CONTENT OF TABLE T554S

2.1. Access the T554S table through SM30 transaction.
2.2. Click on edit. Create four new absences according to subsection "Create a new Absence (IT2001)
subtype" of SAP Note 3108516 – Customer Absences Creation.

a) Menstruación Incapacitante Secundaria

Note: As a suggestion, create a copy from the Enfermedad no Laboral.

• Set the begin date to 01.01.2023.

• In the Denominación cl.presencia/absentismo field, enter a code chosen by you.
• In the Indicador presencia o bien absentismo field, enter 'A'.
• In the Duración mínima field, enter 001.
• In the Duración máxima field, enter 999.
• In the Tipo de absentismo (ABSTP) field, choose ‘#’ Menstr. Incapacit. Secundaria.

b) Inter.embarazo/Gest.39 semana

Note: As a suggestion, create a copy from the Enfermedad Laboral.

• Set the begin date to 01.01.2023.

• In the Denominación cl.presencia/absentismo field, enter a code chosen by you.
• In the Indicador presencia o bien absentismo field, enter 'A'.
• In the Duración mínima field, enter 001.
• In the Duración máxima field, enter 999.
• In the Tipo de absentismo (ABSTP) field, choose ‘)’ Inter.embarazo/Gest.39 semana.

c) Interrupción del embarazo (Con origen en Cont. profesionales)

Note: As a suggestion, create a copy from the Enfermedad Laboral.

• Set the begin date to 01.01.2023.

• In the Denominación cl.presencia/absentismo field, enter a code chosen by you.
• In the Indicador presencia o bien absentismo field, enter 'A'.
• In the Duración mínima field, enter 001.
• In the Duración máxima field, enter 999.
• In the Tipo de absentismo (ABSTP) field, choose ‘L’ Enfermed/Accid.laboral.

d) Gestación de la mujer trabajadora desde el 1º día de la 39ª semana

Note: As a suggestion, create a copy from the Inter.embarazo/Gest.39 semana.

• Set the begin date to 01.01.2023.

• In the Denominación cl.presencia/absentismo field, enter a code chosen by you.
• In the Indicador presencia o bien absentismo field, enter 'A'.
• In the Duración mínima field, enter 001.
• In the Duración máxima field, enter 999.
• In the Tipo de absentismo (ABSTP) field, choose ‘)’ Inter.embarazo/Gest.39 semana.

2.3. Save your entries.

3 CHANGES TO THE CONTENT OF TABLE T5ECP

3.1 Access the table T5ECP through SM30 transaction.
3.2 Create the following entries:
