concept is oriented toward pleasing customers (be

offering value. An organization uses the marketing

produces the goods, services, or ideas that will satisfy

SMO. To better serve the customer and at the same
time introduce their product.

customer base. Benefits include increased positive word-of-
mouth, repeat business, and a willingness on the customer's
part to provide valuable feedback to the company and their
