Chaudhry, Inaaya Usman and Aiman Ali Khan My name is Amina Hamza and I will be telling you about water wastage. The average person unknowingly wastes up to 30 gallons of water every day. Think of “water efficiency” as a way to eliminate wasteful water practices and promote the long-term goal of saving water. Between old fixtures, inefficient appliances, faulty plumbing, and old habits, it is easy to waste a considerable amount of water each day in a typical household. A toilet that has a faulty flapper valve, for example, can waste gallons of water per hour as it constantly runs and refills the tank. One of the most common ways in which people waste water is by leaving the water running when brushing their teeth, shaving or doing the dishes. Turn the tap off as soon as you start brushing, shaving or doing the dishes. For washing the dishes, fill one sink with clean rinse water and one with soapy water. My name is Inaaya Usman and I will be telling you how to save water. We can build dams. Along with taking short baths and using the dishwasher to save water. Fix leakages and do not blow sewage pipes. We can use safe water filters and stop water pollution. Not leave taps on. We can build dams and patriges.
My name is Eeshal Chaudhry and I will be telling
you how to stop water pollution. Pick up litter and throw it away in a garbage can. Blow or sweep fertilizer back onto the grass if it gets onto paved areas. Don't put fertilizer on the grass right before it rains. The chemicals will wash into storm drains and waterways. Mulch or compost grass yard or waste. Or, leave it in your yard if you can't compost. Don't blow leaves into the street. This clogs and damages storm drains. Wash your car or outdoor equipment where it can flow to a gravel or grassy area instead of a street. Don't pour your motor oil down the storm drain. Take it to the nearest auto parts store. It's free! Never clean up a spill by hosing it into a storm drain. Place kitty litter, sand, or another absorbent on the spill. Once the liquid And that concludes our project. We hope you will save water and stop water pollution.
