The impacts are that if these behaviors increase, it may lead to a hostile work

environment and hence a company culture will be deprived of the needed ethical values that are

important to make sure the organization goals are met. These behaviors can lead to serious

lawsuits and also issues in terms of the values held by employees and may lead to quid pro quo

which is characterized by advancement in top managerial positions via sexual favors.

Those benefiting from these behaviors are the employers that can find ways in which the

manipulation can be achieved and senior management as they report to the boss and often try to

earn ways in which they can achieve managerial recognition and promotion. Those harmed are

the female employees because they are directly impacted. Male employees may also be harmed

as a result of such behaviors.

As per Kant, these behaviors are unacceptable because they directly are a violation of the

points in which the humanity is concerned and also the level of respect for surrounding

employees are destroyed as a result. Then there are breaking of rules if these behaviors are

implemented and hence the process is continuous.

I knew about workplace abuse in many forms. Harassment is done by words and actions

as some female jokes are cracked in the workplace and these types of jokes which are casually

done cause a discomfort among many female employees. People also may view certain adult

images and try to form such activities which cause discomfort.

I am concerned about this issue because it grows in almost every company. Managers

find ways to get ahead and then find means in which they feel violating a woman’s right is

acceptable. Some ways to stop these issues are to hire managers valuing the workplace and also

to have taken the evaluation report seriously by the senior management.
