YOU WILL PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Petitioner, through its undersigned attorney,

hereby moves and will move, at such time and place as may be scheduled by the Court of

Common Pleas for Horry County, at least ten (10) days hence, for an order granting a

temporary/preliminary injunction as set forth in the attached Verified Petition. The motion will

be based upon the Verified Petition attached hereto, and such affidavits, documentary evidence

and testimony from witnesses as may be submitted to the Court in support thereof.
