OLUMAYOWA OLURISHE
The founder of DME, a director in MULTIPLELINES REALTY LIMITED, a graduate of
architect who is exceptionally skilled in interior designs with over 10years
varied experience. He has led over 500 construction projects across Nigeria.
He has worked as Project Manager with Brains & Hammers Ltd and AMZAK
properties. He helped found the latter as pioneer project manager and
spearheaded the conceptualization, development and construction of over
30 Units before the existence of DME.

ENGR. ADEDEJI GBENGA

Executive Director
Adedeji Gbenga is an achiever with degrees in Civil Engineering from the
Univ. of Technology, Minna, and professional certificates with the Registered
Member of Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria.

His eleven years work experience ranges from Project Engineer with handyman
Deige Property and Investment Company to Site Engineer/Material Manager
with reputable companies in the industry such as Federal Capital Dev. Authority
(FCDA), Pearl Construction Nig. Ltd., Brains and Hammers, U-Build, etc

Engr. Kenneth is a member of Nigeria Society of Engineers (NSE) (N0. 16759) with 24years exprience in the job, with
companies such as Celmerg and Ass., Shemmadant Ventures, Lagos, Comprehensive Project Mgt., Konsadem
Ass. and SamBam & Partners in Jos.

He runs consultancy services for companies in the civil engineering industry.

ENGR. JODA FRANCIS

Mechanical Engr, MNSE
Engr. Joda is a graduate of Mechanical Engineering in FUT, Minna, with vast range of working experience. He has help to
build many big shot building with teaming up with professionals in the field to build banking halls for UBA, especially their
headquaters in Lagos. He is also the lead mechanical engineer for the construction of Shopright in Abuja.

ENGR. ADESHINA ADEYELU

Electrical Engr. MNSE, HSE
Engr. Adeshina graduated from University of Ibadan and bagged his Masters Degree in Health and Safety from
Coventry University UK. With is vast knowledge in the industry and years of experience, He has helped in the
construction of various high rising building and private structures in Nigeria, being their Lead Electrical Engineer
on site. He is currently the Electrical Consultant for Brains & Hammer limited.
