ABOUT US

GTM BUILDERS & SUPPLY is a

provider of high quality building
construction services. It is owned
and managed by Mr. George L.
Macrohon, who was a Liaison Officer
of KIMWA construction from 1990-
2000. He also ventured into iron
works for furniture. GTM BUILDERS &
supply started its hauling business in
2002 for aggregates and waste
materials. He engaged in the
construction business in the same
year installing Globe towers in the
Visayas and Mindanao areas. Aside
from hauling, supply of aggregates
and construction materials,
construction services; the company
also rents out heavy equipment.

GTM BUILDERS & SUPPLY offers

complete design-build services with
competent engineers, architects and
skilled workers. We provide start to
finish advices and proficiency to
enhance and complete any project.
We work to develop specific project
requirements, schedules and
deadlines in accordance to our
clienteles’ needs, time and budget.

The Management is a composition of a vast array of personalities with

constructing knowledge and facilitating a bunch of understanding under
certain social phenomena. With great leadership capacity and deep
building capacity , they supervise a group of people towards a common
goal.

The Owner does the marketing and do most of the talking directly to
prospective clients; guides the development of products and services. They
recommend modifying products or services or adding new ones to the
company’s mix, based on what customers want.

The Architect and Engineer run the whole business processes They do
the legwork of the Company and nitty-gritty tasks. They define the scope of
the project in collaboration with the whole Management. They spearhead in
the activities and sequences of the activities needed to successfully
complete the project.

The CFO/ HR Manager has the clear understanding and vision for the
welfare of the employees at the same time balancing the finances of the
Company. She communicates with the staff to all levels and actively
involves herself to the programs and benefits of the employees.

establishment of clear goals, elaborate planning based on the
understanding of business circumstances, selection of the best solution
among alternatives and preview of the solution with the key construction
technologies in each project phase. Therefore, key construction
technologies should be developed covering design, structural engineering,
mechanics and electronics and applied in actual work sites for the
upcoming super high rise buildings era.

With the construction of high rise buildings which had long been sought by
human beings and has been actually realized through the realization and
development of high rise buildings, GTM will soon equipped the workforce

demands of Clients.
