National System for Tracking
Trucks and Shipments in the country

Pursuant the UAE Cabinet Resolution No. 96 of

2021 on the Administrative Fines for Violating
the Provisions of the Cabinet Resolution No. 95
of 2021 on the National System for Tracking
Trucks and Shipments in the country; and as
part of Dubai Cust
customs security system and facilitate trade by
tracking the movement of cargoes and
conveyances;

The following has been decided:

Article (1)
The national tracking system on trucks and
shipments shall be implemented and enforced
in Dubai Customs effective November 1st, 2023.

Article (2)
All concerned departments are required to take
necessary actions to execute the provisions
hereof in their respective scope.
