PRESENTATION OF THE PROJECT

At our initiative, this project is part of the Congolese government's vision:


the reorganization of the agricultural sector (institutional reform and
capacity building); food self-sufficiency, which is a major issue in socio-
economic development.

The Congolese population in general, in particular that of the city of


KINSHASA province, is concerned about the problem of the scarcity of
quality basic necessities, although efforts are being made to strengthen
and remedy this problem, so the Congolese State promotes private
investment in the agricultural sector.
To this end, we want to create an agricultural company producing
organic basic foodstuffs instead of importing and selling it at prices
corresponding to the purchasing power of the Congolese; with the help
of industry promotion funds (IPFs) in response to the food deficit in the
Congolese community.

We present ourselves under the name "AGRO-CONGO" and our activity


consists mainly in the production and sale of agricultural products. We
will offer a range of diversified products such as: fruits, vegetables,
tubers, cereals and derived products.

We will work in the form of a limited liability company located in the


municipality of NSELÉ.

- Scarcity of agricultural materials of industrial capacity on Congolese
soil;

- Difficulty industrialization of the sector due to the lack of electricity;


- Insignificant impact in the face of the challenge of self-sufficiency for
the Congolese.

Possibility

- Business opportunities for local merchants;

- Investment opportunities in the agricultural sector for entrepreneurs;


Threats

-Risk of realizing a loss in the event of seasonal disorders;

- Threat of bankruptcy in the event of a lack of production materials.

2. MARKET RESEARCH

We will re-create a project that focuses on the creation of a company that


will operate agricultural production.

This sector is characterized by customers looking for essential food in a


healthy setting, quality organic agricultural products positioned in a
healthy environment.
In fact, this sector faces a number of problems to which a solution must
be found, such as the problem of insufficient production capacity,
products stored in an unhealthy environment, the impermanence of water
and electricity, as well as the difficulties of transporting agricultural
products from rural to urban areas.

But it is also a sector with a strong dynamic of national and international


investment from a long-term point of view through the World Bank's
financing programs, it is a threat to be highlighted now.

Of course, the stakes remain titanic and difficult to overcome; but the
level of real demand continues to rise sharply due to strong population
growth at the national and international levels, with well-oriented modern
agriculture the DRC can cope with global food programs.

After collecting a good amount of information, we deduced that the


Agricultural sector in the DRC is an excellent investment opportunity
thanks to the ever-increasing national and global food demand.

We must use as much visibility, while adapting to the new methods of


communication and digital marketing (social networks, digital ordering
platform), in order to make room for ourselves in the brains of our target
customers, who are households in shortage of quantity and quality of
agricultural products.

In order to achieve our different objectives, we will move from adapted


platforms and sites as well as marketing agents.

3. MARKETING PLAN

We must use as much visibility, while adapting to the new methods of


communication and digital marketing (social networks, digital ordering
platform), in order to make room for ourselves in the brains of our target
customers, who are households in shortage of quantity and quality of
agricultural products.

We will base ourselves on strategies such as diversification by adapting


a range of products and services adapted to the general public,
developing a franchise distribution and sales network and establishing
ourselves as a leader in the Congolese agricultural sector.

To get in touch with our target and potential customers, we will carry out
advertising marketing actions such as inserts in the press, displays,
advertising in the press; and also relationship marketing actions (use of
social media membership in the Internet.

Our products will be available to the target clientele through a selection


of internal and/or external distribution networks such as the
establishment of an information office; thanks to the partnership with
already existing distributors. We will use employees as well as
commercial agents.

Our products can be delivered or available to our warehouses and


stores.

Our agricultural products will first be intended for local and national
consumption and we will implement customer loyalty policies. They will
have a minimum price of 50 US dollars.
4. OPERATIONAL MANAGEMENT

Our project will have to have field survey staff who will be responsible for
impregnating the demand of the population, agronomic staff, relational
and financial staff and ordinary maneuvers. The work will be constituted
in a team and in a sub-project within the company.

Our supplies will be:

• Seeds and seeds;

• Agricultural materials;

• Waters;

• Electricity.

We will have a delivery and nutritionist service to support our customers


who need support, we intervene directly and participatively in our target
market.

5. FINANCIAL ANALYSIS

Foreign funds will amount to $10,000,000 repayable over 5 years from


the loan, personal contribution and subscription. The targeted lands have
an estimated value of $4,000,000.

The working capital requirement is $3,000,000

And the net cash flow of: FRN - BFR

Net net worth = 6,000,000- 3,000,000 = $3,000,000
