considering social distancing – STS / UC
 Food counters to be strictly handled by catering staff and
serving staff should ware face masks and proper PPE. - UC
 Control of food plates prior and post food -UC
 All serving persons should wear face mask and hand gloves
and caps. -UC
 Allocation of batches with timeline ( porta cabins/ Zone
wise) and 15 minutes time to be considered for each batch. –

 Entry and exit doors availability and persons for access
control (Doors to be opened by single person)and
temperature monitoring- STS
 All plates, glassware and cutlery will be distributed by UC
food handlers - UC
 Table commodities shall be avoided to control unnecessary
touching (items will be served at Food Service Counters).-

 UC team to ensure cleaning of all tables and chairs for every
batch service to ensure hygiene -UC
 While entering to diners use provided Anti-bacterial hand
soap, hand washing facilities or Sanitizer. – All employees
 Maintain Social distance inside and outside diners all the
time. – All employees
 Kindly Avoid group seating and alteration of seating
arrangement. – All employees
 Still Those who need Dinner takeaway parcel should be
informed to Camp boss in advance. – All employees
 UC to provide takeaway parcel for quarantine people
 If any person want to take their food plates to their rooms,
proper system to be made for returning the plates for
washing.-UC/STS
 No interaction between the staffs and that to be avoid during
the dining time. – All employees
Diners:

 Food Counters to be managed & served strictly by catering staffs only.


 No guests are allowed to touch the food counter and have to maintain
distance from it.
 If Someone need to take more food to remain at the seat until the people at
the counter are finish taking their food
 One table with 4 chairs only in safe distance between each table.
 Drinking water will be served by Service team in each table.
 Tables, chairs and counter sanitization at end of every service & after every
sitting interval in between the Dinner time.
 Not allowed any groups to sit together or entry into the diner at a time.
 Minimum time (10 to 15 Minutes) period between one sitting to other,
limitation of diner users at a time.
 Safe distance will be there from table to table
 No interaction between the staffs and that to be avoid during the dining time
 Please follow queue if in case there is crowd as we have some limitation to
cater all the staff at a time.
 Separate Entry and exit points will be there in all the Diners.

Respected Sir,
As per your instruction we discussed with STS HSEA, Camp Boss, Catering in
charge together at SRL Camp for SRL Dinning Hall opening.
All STS guideline /controls measures is given in trailing mail.
Also we found some lacking which one mention below, STS given commitment to me
before start they comply all controls measure to prevent Covid-19.

Comments:-

 Food plates after food will be taken by employee itself and keep in a designated area to
save UC timing of table cleaning.
 STST Camp boss and STST HSEA will monitor the control measures in first few weeks
after starting dinner in mess.
 STST will submit a report on control measures implemented with photo evidences.

Dear Sir,

We inspected SRL MESS HALL on 06/01/2021 together with STS Team, All controls
measures is mention in below mail before and after.
As we discussed with STS HSEA One of the controls measure is not available on place
which is below highlighted for your information.

 Entry and exit doors availability and persons for access control (Doors to be
opened by single person) and temperature monitoring- STS.

After accomplish above highlighted control measure STS can start SRL mess hall.
