At the end of the lesson, learners are expected to:
a. Assesses regularly participation in physical activities based on
Philippine Physical Activity Pyramid.
Learning across the curriculum:
1. Mathematics: Students will calculate the number of steps taken during
physical activities and create graphs to visualize their progress.
2. Science: Students will explore the physiological effects of physical
activities on the body, focusing on heart rate, breathing rate, and body
temperature.
3. Filipino: Students will create a poster or infographic in Filipino language
promoting the importance of regular physical activity.
