QuickBooks Training Proposal
The total cost for training is Four million six hundred thousand Ugandan Shillings
NOTE:
• It is assumed that there will be a total of 3 students to be provided with
Training Material.
• The above estimations are exclusive of VAT.
The above Team will use the best practice of the company as laid down below to execute the
training assigned
The training will be conducted on a daily basis from location basing on the time frame
provided by Y Global. We shall conduct three (3) sessions per day, and these are expected to
run from 8am(morning) to 4pm (Evening) depending on the number of trainees.
Session I 8:00am - 10:00pm
Session II 11:00am - 1:00pm
Session III 2:00pm – 4:00pm
Handouts will be issued, with details on how the entire training period is to run, including
what has to be covered and on what dates and time. Specific issues will be addressed in line
with the basic operation of a computer without going in depth.
QuickBooks Online
In this QuickBooks Online course, we introduce you to this essential cloud accounting
software. QuickBooks Online looks different from the traditional QuickBooks desktop
software.
We start at the very beginning assuming no prior knowledge and cover everything that’s
required to get set up in QuickBooks Online before moving onto more advanced features.
In this part of the course you will learn:
• How to create a company file and set up your chart of accounts
• Setting up your preferences in QuickBooks® to suit your company
• Create invoices, enter and pay bills and purchase orders
• All about estimates and working with customers and jobs
• How to work with sales tax
• About receiving items, inventory, creating purchase orders, and paying for items
• How to reconcile bank statements
• How to set up recurring items and journal entries
The time table will be issued after award of the contract / LPO
Duration:
A total of 6 hours per day will be used to complete the day practice and exercise will cover a
total duration of two 2 weeks, covering practice exercise, and tests.

From a pedagogical point of view, the evaluation will assess the achievement of learning
objectives and participants' expectations, trainers' teaching performance and the overall
evaluation. The Contracting Authority will communicate the assessment methodology prior
to the evaluation.
2. QUALIFICATIONS:
CCS has a well-trained staff to take on this training series based on their trainings previously
conducted, education and qualification levels, years of experience in conducting trainings of
this nature with successful trainings completed in the recent years.

- Holds an Advanced Diploma in Software Engineering from APTECH computer
Education,
- Professional Certificates of Network+, Security+, CompTIA+, MCSE, through
APTECH,
- Networking Certificates of CCNA, Routing and Switching Suit,
- Multi-Media Certificates in Adobe Professional Programs, Illustrator, Photoshop,
Indesign, Bridge,
- ICDL South Africa Certification through APTECH.
