each day you will:


Wake up at 7:00 -> 7:00, 6:55, 6:50, 6:45
Make your bed -> only bed, + but perfect, + table, + but perfect
Stretch -> 7, 8, 9, 10 (each 90 sec)
Clean the dishes -> 1, 1, 2, 2
Practice gratitude -> 3, 4, 5, 5
Read -> 3 pages, 5 pages, 10 pages, 10 pages
Exercise -> 5min, 10min, 15min, 15min
Say your daily affirmations and cookie jar (they work, TRUST)
Practice guitar -> 1, 1, 2, 2 (significant things)
Deep journal -> 1, 1, 1+day, 1+day
Do something that you really don't want to (exit your comfort zone) -> 1, 1, 2, 2
Do something that will boost your mental capacity & focus -> 5min, 5min, 10min,
10min
Meditate

What you CAN'T do:


Watch shorts (any kind)
Watch social media
Procrastinate
Drink anything but water (you can drink tea & milk)
Listen to music (only if it's you making it xd)
Eat breakfast with phone (no texting, no podcasts, if you're really in hurry just
eat faster)
Turn on PC to entertain yourself (or just mindlessly) before finishing ALL TASKS

What CAN you do (if you're bored):


Watch long podcasts / lectures (15 episodes / Average of once every other day)
Study
Play guitar
Read books
Exercise
Meditate
Journal
Talk with somebody
Rest
Adventure
CLIMB A TREE BRO ("it's an instant cure for depression lol" - Hamza)
Set new goals
Upgrade your routines (mr, nr, timetable)
Clean (your room, house, table)
Mind dump (Stare at your wall and just let your mind think about stuff)
