RE: REQUEST GATE PASS FOR EMERGENCY TIME OFF

Refer above matter.

The purpose of this memo is to inform you that effective from 20th June 2022 all employee of
Sulpom Group must get GATE PASS from the management for any emergency time off.

 The GATE PASS must be signed by the Manager /Assistant Manager

This is to ensure that all employees movements are recorded for employees safety purposes and
to avoid any issue in the future.

Please follow these instructions strictly.
