CCTV Procedures on the storage and back-up of recordings.

In compliance with the TESDA requirement on installing CCTV cameras inside

assessment room and to lay procedures on the storage and back-up of its recordings,
Wao Institute of Technology, Incorporated, through its authorized officers, hereby binds
itself to observe and perform the following:
1. There are six (6) CCTV cameras installed inside the assessment rooms
capable and susceptible of capturing audio, video recordings of every man's
action inside the assessment center and delivering the same inputs outside
being link to a strong internet connection.
2. Its screen monitor positioned inside the office of the Assessment Center
Manager.
3. All this CCTV cameras are connected to a common power server could be
found inside Hard Disk Drive where all recordings are stored.
4. Files recorded in the Hard Disk Drive of a given assessment test conducted
shall be immediately copied/reproduced into Flash Drives (USB) so that in the
event the Hard Disk Drive file is no longer available or has been corrupted,
there are other USB files available for viewing in case necessary. This will
ensure every assessment test conducted at the center is properly and
securely documented.
5. All Flash Drives (USB) copied/reproduced from the Hard Disk Drive of every
assessment test shall be properly labelled with the following informations.

ASSESSOR'S NAME DATE QUALIFICATION

These USB (Flash Drives) shall be kept in a vault stored at the AC Manager's
Office.

The observance of these procedures shall ensure the integrity of every

assessment test conducted at the center.
