2. That he/she will use and exercise the diligence and care required of him/her in the use of the company

3. That he/she will abide by the company’s rules and regulations and those mandated by the law in the use of
the company vehicle.
4. That he/she will be personally held liable for any liability for damage to properties or injuries to any person
caused by his/her own negligent acts in the use of the company vehicle.
5. That he/she agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the company and its officers, directors, and
employees from and against any and all demands, claims, and damages, losses and liabilities, that may arise
in the use of the company vehicle.
