Morning after Breakfast leave Gulmarg – The word gul means flowers, and thus the name
Gulmarg stands for a Meadow of Flowers. One of the Best Hill Station in the world, Highest Golf
Ground in the World. The distance of 60 kms(one way) will be covered in 2 hours, One can enjoy
Gondola Cable Ride by own, on top where you can have a magnificent view of peak of Nanga

Hotel / Houseboat check inn timing is 2:00 PM & Check out timing is 12:00 PM & early check inn will
depend on the availability of the supplier hotel.

Only 01 amendment/revision is allowed to the booked package and that too before the retention period
of the hotels, houseboats & transportors.

If 1Hour Shikara ride is included in the package it is only for the cruising through houseboats & lake &
no points will be covered in the that 1 Hour. Its only provided for a complimentary gesture to our
esteemed clients.

Tour vouchers for the booked package will be issued after we get the confirmation from all the hotels &
houseboats, driver details will be shared one day before the trip of the client.
Outside prepaid sims are not in service in jammu & Kashmir therefore clients are requested to bring
postpaid sims with them for smooth communication.

Client has to follow the ittinerary that has been mentioned in his/her booked package, if the client
changes the itinerary by his own & without notifying his/her tour operator then travel agency (Jolly
Holidays) is not responsible for any negative outcome that has been raised from the same.

During the Amarnath Yatra period usually starting from 1-July & ends till 31-August the government
authorities imposes heavy restriction on the traffic movements, clients are requested to cooporate for the
same if their trip is in the yatra period.

For Jammu pick up & drop packages We request clients to take a buffer nightstay in jammu at the time
of departure as NH44 highway connecting jammu & Kashmir is highly unpredictable as road can be
blocked due to bad weather & for that purpose booked departure flights/trains can be skipped.

Please note we only & only entertain points that have been documented in this package & no verbal
communication will be entertained from our side. Any changes in tax structure or additional taxes
imposed by the Government would be levied accordingly. In case of any revision in the tax structure,
Jolly Holidays reserves the right to adjust the contracted rates accordingly. We request all our guests to
carry a photo - identity to present at check-in. foreign nationals are required to present their Passport
and valid visa. Indian nationals can present any one of the following: Passport, Driving License, Voter ID
card, Aadhar card, or PAN card.

In winter season due to climate changes road gets slippery due to that following things happens : A)
Snowjeeps from tangmarg to gulmarg is used and if the same is not included in package client has to
pay that additional cost (Approx cost mentioned below). B) For Sonmarg day excursion the vehicle will
go only half way upto Gagangir after that vehicles will not go due bad weather if this happens then the
sightseen will be changed & the same change will be notified to the client one day prior to sonmarg day
excursion. C) Dal Lake & Nigeen Lake can be frozen in winters which might erupt the shikara ride
experience, clients are requested to cooperate for the same.

Payment Policy

Client has to make an advance payment of 20% for booking, 30% before 15 days of arrival & 50% on
the first day of arrival, advance payment amount also depends on the hotel category selected by the
client & time frame of booking the package.

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY : - - If cancellation has been done 1000/- per paxs will be charged except for
complimentary kids (below 5 Years) - Hotel cancellation depends on the cancellation policy of the
hoteliers & the Houseboat owners. - Transport cancellation should be done prior 15 days of arrival if
cancellation done within 15 days then 20% of the transport cost will be charged. - Cancellation for any
extra services (Abc, Snowjeep, Zero point vehicle, Atv rides etc) except gondola rides will be refunded
back to the client. JOLLY HOLIDAYS have no liability and will make no refund in the event of any
delay,Natural disaster,Climatic change. overbooking, strike, force majeure or other causes beyond their
direct control, and they have no responsibility for any additional expenses, omissions, delays, re-routing
or acts of any government or authority.

CREDIT NOTE : In case due to emergency a credit note can be issued by the supplier hoteliers,
houseboat owners & transportors & the number of days before a client can claim for credit note will be
depended on the supplier hoteliers, houseboat owners & transportors credit note policy & same goes for
credit note validity.
