for sightseeing of Mughal Gardens visiting NishatBagh (Abode of Pleasure) built by Asif Khan
brother-in-law of Emperor Jehangir in 1632AD. And Shalimar Bagh (Abode of love) built by
Jehangir for his wife Empress Noor Jehan, Chashmashahi garden, Pari Mahal etc. All the
gardens are situated on the bank of Dal Lake with the Zabarwan Mountain in the background.
The distance from Srinagar to the said gardens is about 12 and 15 kms respectively.Overnight

Payment Policy
 For all the services contracted, a certain advance payment of 20% should be made to hold the booking,
on a confirmed basis & the balance amount can be paid upon arrival but definitely before the
commencement of the services. Management personnel holds the right to decide upon the amount to be
paid as advance payment, based on the nature of the service & the time left for the commencement of
the services.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: In the event of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable
reasons we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date
we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows: • 30 days prior to arrival:
No Retention • 15 days prior to arrival: 50% of the Tour/service cost • Less than 15 days or No
Show: No Refund In case you cancel the trip after commencement, a refund would be restricted to a
limited amount only which too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the
hoteliers/ contractors we patronize. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation & missed
meals, etc. we do not bear any responsibility to refund.
