CONSIGNMENT AGREEMENT

This is to state that ________ units of OdourX Groovy Grapes and ________ units of OdourX
Velvet Vanilla (hereinafter referred to as the “Consigned Items”) have been left on
consignment with the Consignee. Under this agreement, the Consignee agrees to display
and sell the Consigned Items on behalf of the Consignor until such time as all the units
are sold, or until all the unsold units are returned to the Consignor in good condition.

The retail selling price of the Consigned Items is RM29.90. The Consignee will be given a
discount of ____% of the selling price on each unit sold (____% = RM______). It will therefore
pay Consignor ____% of the cover price for each Consigned Items (____% = RM______).

Sales are to be tabulated and payments made on quarterly basis from this date.

IMPORTANT:
Upon acceptance, Consignee agrees to maintain the Consigned Items in good condition. The
Consignor will be compensated by the Consignee in full for any books damaged beyond saleable
condition.
