Dear Student,

In the coming months, we will be sending out counselor recommendations to the different
universities that you will be applying to this fall. In order to write a detailed recommendation
which incorporates your strengths and activities, we will need you to be as thorough as possible
when filling out the questions. This document will also serve as a reference point for you as you
work on your college applications. We will also be sending out update forms for activities closer
to the application cycle to receive updates and additions to your activities and/or honors and
awards but consider this as the basic document for your recommendations and ensure that you
spend enough time in filling it out in as much detail as possible.
