DEPOSITION OF WITNESSES

We, the undersigned, after having been duly sworn to testifies, as follow:

Q- What are your names and other personal circumstance?

A- We are Pat Janna Tinampay and PSSg Juan Fidel both of legal ages, and
single and presently assigned with the Butuan City Police Station 2, BCPO.

Q- Do you know PLTCOL CHARLES D. BRAVO, the applicant for Search Warrant?
A- Yes, he is the Chief of Police of Butuan City Police Station 2.

Q- Do you know the premises of Magna Nacaw?

A- Yes, he lives at P-5 Lower Doongan, Butuan City.

Q- Do you have personal knowledge that in said premises the following properties
are being kept, being used or intended to be used without proper documents, to
wit:
1. One (1) Taurus TS9 9mm Pistol
2. Twelve (12) Bullets
A- Yes.

Q- Do you know who is or who is the person or persons who have or have control of
him above-described properties?
A- Yes, he is Magna Nacaw, 31 years old, male, single, mechanic and a resident of
P-5 Lower Doongan, Butuan City.

Q. How did you know that the said properties are kept in his/her premises which are
subject of the offense?
A- We conducted discreet surveillance and it was confirmed that Magna Nacaw is
keeping an unlicensed firearm and bullets in his premises/residence.
