Jhon George, my last name is Porta Marquez. I am 17 years old and I am currently studying
industrial engineering at the Technological University of Peru, my email is

Now I am going to talk about my daily routine. On weekdays (Monday to Friday) I wake up at
5:00 every morning. I brush my teeth as soon as I get up. I like to go for a run before breakfast,
then I come back and shower to have my breakfast. I take a protein shake and prepare
breakfast. I usually have quinoa with banana and 2 hard-boiled eggs for breakfast,but some
days I have biscuits or cookies! After breakfast I get dressed and go to study at quarter past
eight. I walk to the bus station. It's about five minutes. I take the bus at 8:30 and arrive at the
bus station and then walk to my university. I start studying at nine. I study from nine to one and
from three to five in the afternoon. Lunch at the university. Often a menu and a piece of fruit,
sometimes also a chocolate! After studying, I'm going to buy food and things for the house. I
get home before six. I rest for a while and then I go to train. Around seven my mom cooks for
the family and me. We usually have dinner at eight.After that I continue with my training and
when I finish my training I read a book. I usually fall asleep in front of the book! I am so tired! I
go to bed at midnight.

Now I will talk a little about my quality. I am a responsible boy in all aspects. I always practice
punctuality. I am very sociable and I like to have many friends. I like team work. I am sociable
when I have to be and intelligent too. I am a generous boy. I like challenges and I like to share
with other people. I love creating new things and playing with my imagination. There are days
when I feel like I'm in a bad mood
