Note: Visit Requirements

1. The Summary should be kept on one page.
2. A detailed 5-page report that includes all the other Club Dockets and
expounds on the Summary above on Club headed paper should be attached.
3. The Assistant District Rotaract Representative should ensure these reports
are submitted 2 weeks prior to the DRR visit and 1 week prior for clubs
being visited in July.
4. Communicate any special events or tasks to be performed by the DRR prior
to the visit.
5. Fully paid District dues and any arrears.
