Connection. Expression. Impression. Like the surface of that which is engraved, the slightest connection with the
smallest expression, may leave the most permanent impression. The Interact Club of Colombo, for the years 2022/23
looks forward to following the theme "Form a Connection, Leave an Impression". The formation of a good
reputation and strong inter-club bonds will no doubt pave the way for a notable number of opportunities for the
Interact Club of Colombo to grasp.

Goals & Objectives
To create a memorable reputation for the club should it be under my leadership for the years 2022/2023.

To educate fellow interactors on the professional benefits of involvement in the Interact Movement.

To uphold and form strong positive relationships between the Interact Club of Colombo and others.

To create a safe haven for people unable to understand how to love themselves, by giving them the opportunity to
enter an environment full of acceptance and love.

To promote problem solving mechanisms and strong decision-making via combat of issues caused by projects.

Increase the benefit of the public via a notable number of Community Service projects.

To increase involvement of the members of the club in as many projects as possible, whilst ensuring they are 100%
interested in what they do.

Conduct of publicly highlighted Community Service projects.

Speeches made at Social Gatherings, installations, invitations to projects at installation ceremonies and charter
ceremonies on behalf of the Interact Club of Colombo, briefly summarizing our vision and methods of execution.

Benefits of Improved Public Image

Club Credibility will increase, making it easier to approach and confirm prospective sponsors.

Increase in Member Engagement and Contribution.

Introduction of Interactor Awards - 2022/23

Purpose - The purpose of this initiative is to drive and encourage

members towards completing projects in increasing succession
every quarter.

Action Plan - Awards will be rewarded to the best project INTERACTOR OF THE YEAR
chairperson, best project secretary and most active interactor for
the quarter. Interactors will be graded based on their participation
in projects, execution of ideas and combat of problems. Hence,
atleast one member of the Exco/Board of Directors must be
present at all project meetings held.
INTERACTOR OF THE QUARTER CHAIRPERSON OF THE QUARTER SECRETARY OF THE QUARTER

At the end of the 4th Quarter, after thorough assessment, one

member of the Interact Club of Colombo will be awarded the
"Interactor of the Year" award.

Special Projects - Project 1
Introduction of "Book Drop"

Purpose - This project conducted under the avenue of

Community Service is for the purpose of collecting pre-loved
books to donate to orphanages/children's home, etc.

Action Plan - The project will be conducted on one or two days,

where people will be able to drop their books off at a pre fixed
point. After the collection days have passed, the books will be
inspected by the committee and donated to children in need.

 Club Attire
Introduction of Rules and Regulations in regards to Club Attire and Discipline will be enforced iin the years
2022/2023.

Club T-Shirt must be worn at every General Meeting,

but will not be necessary at Project Meetings with other Clubs, but it will be highly
