RE: DEMAND LETTER

Dear _____________,

I write in the matter of the money entrusted and paid to you in the amount of
Forty Thousand Pesos (PhP40,000.00) which you have received from me in payment
for a round-trip ticket/tour package to _____________, but you have failed to
deliver as agreed upon.

Based on your representation, I was assured that upon settling the amount of
_____________, you will be able to deliver the purchased round-trip ticket/tour
package, but as of this time, you have failed and refused and continuously fails and
refuses to return the amount to me despite the fact that the round-trip ticket/tour
package never materialized.

IN VIEW THEREOF, a FINAL DEMAND is hereby made against you to

RETURN THE FULL AMOUNT OF FORTY THOUSAND PESOS (PHP
40,000.00), representing the value of the purchased round trip ticket/tour
package, within five (5) calendar days from receipt hereof, otherwise, I will be
constrained to bring necessary civil and/or criminal legal actions against you to protect
my legal rights and interests and in which case, you will also be held liable for payment
of attorney’s fees which shall in no case be less than 25% of the total amount collectible
plus cost of suit.

Please give this matter utmost preference and attention to avoid the
inconvenience of court litigation.
