Layanan jasa DRS (DUNS Registered Seal) merupakan bagian produk Dun & Bradstreet dan atau Afiliasi, yang
sistemnya dioperasikan secara online untuk mempermudah layanan terhadap konsumen. Layanan jasa Dun &
Bradstreet menjaga kerahasiaan dan informasi yang telah dikirim.

Pengumpulan Informasi
1. Kami mengumpulkan data Informasi dari Perusahaan Anda agar dapat mempemudah Layanan Jasa Dun &
Bradstreet. Perusahaan Anda akan langsung memberikan Informasi tersebut yang sesuai dengan form list
dokumen yang telah di tetapkan oleh Dun & Bradstreet dan atau Afiliasi saat anda mendaftar dan beberapa
informasi akan secara otomatis dikumpulkan ketika anda terdaftar di web site atau aplikasi Kami. Anda
menyatakan bahwa seluruh dokumen yang Anda unggah dan Anda berikan adalah benar dan dapat
dipertanggungjawabkan keasliannya.

2. Ketika Perusahaan Anda mengunjungi Situs web kami, administrator situs web kami akan memproses data
teknis seperti alamat IP anda, halaman web yang pernah anda kunjungi, browser internet yang anda gunakan,
halaman web yang sebelumnya/selanjutnya anda kunjungi dan durasi setiap kunjungan/sesi yang memungkinkan

dokumentasi, yang terdapat dalam Layanan Dun & Bradstreet ("Informasi Kredit") dilisensikan kepada Nasabah
oleh Dun & Bradstreet sesuai dengan perjanjian ini dan untuk penggunaan eksklusif Nasabah semata-mata
sebagai salah satu faktor dalam Informasi Kredit yang secara bersama-sama disebut sebagai "Informasi". Nasabah
dilarang menggunakan Informasi untuk melakukan praktik-praktik yang tidak adil atau menipu.

3. Jaminan tersirat yang dinikmati Pelanggan berdasarkan ketentuan Undang- Undang Perlindungan Konsumen,
1999, sama sekali tidak berprasangka oleh apa pun yang terkandung dalam kondisi layanan / pasokan produk yang
disimpan (dan kemudian jika pembeli tidak berurusan sebagai konsumen dalam hal penjualan barang atau jasa
internasional) sejauh yang ditentukan dalam kondisi ini dan juga sejauh diizinkan oleh hukum.

4. Pelanggan dengan persetujuan untuk mematuhi hukum data privasi apa pun, perlindungan data, atau
persyaratan lain yang diberlakukan oleh hukum di Republik Indonesia.

5. Kecuali sebagaimana disepakati atau dipersyaratkan oleh hukum, Dun & Bradstreet atau nama dagang, merek
dagang, atau merek layanannya dapat digunakan untuk tujuan apa pun sebagai identifikasi sumber referensi
Pelanggan, Dun & Bradstreet tidak diharuskan membocorkan sumber atau prosedur untuk memperoleh
Informasi.

Keamanan Data Informasi

Kami tidak menjamin keamanan data yang dikirim oleh Perusahaan Anda berikan tidak akan ditahan/terganggu
ketika sedang dikirimkan kepada kami. Setiap pengiriman informasi oleh Perusahaan Anda kepada kami
merupakan resiko tersendiri. Perusahan Anda tidak boleh mengungkapkan sandi situs online Layanan Jasa Dun &
Bradstreet kepada siapapun. Bagaimanapun efektifnya suatu teknologi, tidak ada sistem keamanan yang tidak
dapat ditembus.

Perubahan atas Kebijakan Privasi ini

Kami dapat mengubah Kebijakan Privasi ini untuk mencerminkan perubahan dalam kegiatan kami tanpa

2. Syarat & ketentuan adalah perjanjian antara konsumen dan Layanan Jasa Dun & Bradstreet yang berisikan
seperangkat peraturan yang mengatur hak, kewajiban, tanggung jawab konsumen dan Layanan Jasa Dun &
Bradstreet, serta tata cara penggunaan sistem Layanan Jasa Dun & Bradstreet. Perusahaan Anda adalah pihak
yang menggunakan Layanan Jasa Dun & Bradstreet, namun tidak terbatas berkunjung ke Situs website kami.
3. Perusahaan Anda adalah Pengguna terdaftar yang mengajukan permintaan verifikasi dokumen di Situs Layanan
Dun & Bradstreet.
4. Perusahaan Anda adalah Pengguna terdaftar yang meminta peninjauan dokumen di Situs Layanan
Dun & Bradstreet.
5. Perusahaan Anda diwajibkan untuk melengkapi semua dokumen yang diperlukan yang akan digunakan untuk
proses penilaian/peninjauan dan melakukan pembayaran, informasi detail dokumen dan akun resmi Dun &
Bradstreet Services ditampilkan di situs web kami di www.dnb.co.id dan https://dis.dnb.co.id.

Pelepasan (Memutuskan kontrak kerja)

Perusahaan Anda tidak punya wewenang menuntut atas data informasi yang timbul dari atau dengan cara apapun
berhubungan dengan sengketa tersebut. Dengan demikian maka Perusahaan Anda dengan sengaja melepaskan
segala perlindungan hukum (yang terdapat dalam undang-undang atau peraturan hukum yang lain) yang akan
membatasi cakupan ketentuan pelepasan ini.

Ganti Rugi
Perusahaan Anda akan melepaskan Layanan Jasa Dun & Bradstreet dari tuntutan ganti rugi dan menjaga Dun &
Bradstreet (termasuk Grup Perusahaan, direktur, dan karyawan) dari setiap klaim atau tuntutan, termasuk biaya
hukum yang wajar, yang dilakukan oleh pihak ketiga yang timbul dalam hal Perusahaan anda melanggar Perjanjian
ini, Perusahaan Anda yang tidak semestinya dan/ atau pelanggaran terhadap hukum.

Pilihan Hukum
Kebijakan Privasi ini dibuat dalam bahasa Indonesia, akan mengikat Perusahaan Anda dengan Layanan Jasa
Dun & Bradstreet, Jika terdapat ketidaksesuaian yang akan berlaku, Hukum yang mengatur dan yurisdiksi.
Kebijakan Privasi ini diatur oleh dan untuk ditafsirkan dalam hukum NegaraRepublik Indonesia. Setiap dan seluruh
sengketa yang timbul dari kebijakan privasi ini akan diatur oleh yurisdiksi eksklusif dari Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta
Selatan.

Pembaharuan
1. Syarat & ketentuan mungkin di ubah dan/atau diperbaharui dari waktu ke waktu tanpa pemberitahuan
sebelumnya. Dun & Bradstreet menyarankan agar anda membaca secara seksama dan memeriksa halaman
Syarat & Ketentuan ini dari waktu ke waktu untuk mengetahui perubahan apapun. Dengan tetap mengakses dan
menggunakan layanan Jasa Dun & Bradstreet. Maka pengguna dianggap menyetujui perubahan-perubahan dalam
Syarat & Ketentuan.

2. Pelanggan dengan persetujuan untuk membayar Dun & Bradstreet segera setelah menyetujui perjanjian ini
sesuai dengan ketentuan pembayaran yang ada, dan tidak akan membuat kerugian terhadap Dun & Bradstreet.
Pembayaran tersebut harus dalam mata uang Rupiah (dalam hal demikian Pelanggan harus memiliki Persetujuan
Bank Cadangan Indonesia) atau dalam Rupiah Indonesia.

3. Perjanjian ini berlaku untuk setiap jenis informasi dan setiap jenis produk dan layanan yang disediakan oleh Dun
& Bradstreet kepada Pelanggan, baik secara spesifik disebutkan dalam Perjanjian ini maupun tidak, dilengkapi atau
tidakdengan biaya tambahan dan saat ini sedang atau tidak dilengkapi oleh Dun & Bradstreet kepada
Pelanggannya, kecuali jika disediakan sesuai dengan kontrak tertulis lainnya dengan Dun & Bradstreet yang
memuat klausul “seluruh perjanjian” atau “merger”. Perjanjian ini berisi seluruh dan hanya perjanjian
antaraPelanggan dan Dun & Bradstreet mengenai pokok bahasan di sini dan adayang digabungkan di sini
dalam semua representasi, jaminan, janji, dan persyaratansebelumnya dan jaminan. Representasi, garansi, janji,
atau kondisi yang tidak dimasukkan di sini tidak akan mengikat salah satu pihak. Perjanjian ini akan mengikat dan
mendatangkan keuntungan bagi para pihak dan penerus dan penugasan mereka, kecuali bahwa Pelanggan tidak
akan menetapkan Perjanjian ini tanpa persetujuan tertulis sebelumnya dari Dun & Bradstreet. Tidak ada
pengabaian atau amandemen Perjanjian ini yang mengikat salah satu pihak kecuali jika itu tertulis dan
ditandatangani oleh pejabat yang berwenang dari salah satu pihak. Perjanjian ini akan diatur oleh dan ditafsirkan
dalam segala hal sesuaidengan hukum Indonesia.

DRS (DUNS Registered Seal) is part of Dun & Bradstreet products, which is operated online to facilitate customer service,
Dun & Bradstreet services maintain the confidentiality of information, data that has been received, these information will
be a reference for Dun & Bradstreet assessment of each company that has registered with DRS.

Information Collection
1. We collect data information from your company in order to facilitate Dun & Bradstreet Services. Your company will
directly provide the information in accordance with the document list form set by Dun & Bradstreet when you register and
some information will be automatically collected when you are registered on our website. You declare that all documents
that you upload and provide are true and can be accounted for their authenticity.

2. When your Company visits our Website, our website administrator will process technical data such as your IP address,
the web pages you have visited, the internet browser you are using, the web pages you have previously/subsequently
visited and the duration of each visit/session which allows us to deliver Website functions. In addition, in some cases, the
browser may suggest which documents should be collected, we can ensure that your Company can (continue to) find

agreement and for the Customer's exclusive use solely as one of the factors in The Credit Information is collectively
referred to as the "Information". Customer is prohibited from using the Information to engage in unfair or deceptive
practices.

3. The implied warranties enjoyed by the Customer under the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, 1999, are in no
way prejudiced by anything contained in the conditions of service/supply of the stored products (and then if the buyer
is not dealing as a consumer in the case of international sale of goods or services) to the extent specified in these
conditions and also to the extent permitted by law

to us. Any transmission of information by your Company to us is at your own risk. Your Company must not disclose the

This Privacy Policy is made in Indonesian language, shall bind your Company with Dun & Bradstreet Services, If there is
any inconsistency that shall apply, the governing Law and jurisdiction. This Privacy Policy is governed by and to be
construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any and all disputes arising out of this privacy policy
shall be governed by the exclusive jurisdiction of the South Jakarta District Court.

prior notice. Dun & Bradstreet recommends that you read carefully and check this Terms & Conditions page from time to
time for any changes. By continuing to access and use Dun & Bradstreet services. Services, the user is deemed consent to
the changes in the Terms & Conditions.

2. The Customer consent to pay Dun & Bradstreet immediately upon entering into this agreement in accordance with the
existing payment terms, and shall make no loss to Dun & Bradstreet. Such payment shall be denominated in Rupiah (in
which case the Customer must have Indonesian Reserve Bank Approval) or in Indonesian Rupiah.

3. This Agreement applies to each type of information and each type of product and service provided by Dun & Bradstreet
to the Customer, whether or not specifically mentioned in this Agreement, furnished or not at additional cost and
currently being or not being furnished by Dun & Bradstreet to its Customers, unless provided pursuant to another written
contract with Dun & Bradstreet containing an "entire agreement" or "merger" clause. This Agreement contains
the entire and only agreement between Customer and Dun & Bradstreet regarding the subject matter hereof and is
incorporated herein in all prior representations, warranties, promises, and conditions and guarantees. No
representation, warranty, promise or condition not incorporated herein shall be binding on either party. This Agreement
shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties and their successors and assigns, except that Customer shall
not assign this Agreement without the prior written consent of Dun & Bradstreet. No waiver or amendment of this
Agreement shall be binding on either party unless it is in writing and signed by an authorized officer of either party. This
Agreement shall be governed by and construed in all respects in accordance with the laws of Indonesia.
