Angles Between Lines

Two intersecting lines will have the same angle between them

Line intersecting parallel lines will create the same angle

Angles above or below a line add up to 180° (π radians)

The angle between two lines and the angle between their normals is the same
Example
Lines 1 and 1’ are parallel to each other
Lines 2 and 2’ are parallel to each other

Using the above observations of lines and angles, we can find any angle in the example above

We can move the components Fx and Fy to any location but we must remain parallel to the
original directions.

In this example Fx should always be horizontal and Fy should always be vertical
