You are on page 1of 1

You have noticed that students at your son’s school are often left unattended.

Write a letter of complaint to the headmaster and ask him to ensure that the
situation does not continue.

Dear Sir/Madam

I am writing this letter to you in the hope of solving the problem of your students
that are often left unattended in the school-yard during the break.

I am the mother of your best child in the class, and I think this situation deeply
affects both parents and students. For instance, my son comes home and tells me
that other colleagues treat him wrong when they are being left unsupervised.
Furthermore, other families have expressed their complaint regarding this serious
issue at the regular parents’ meeting. Also, the kids are not capable to
concentrate on what they have to do for the class coming.

I recommend that you communicate with the teachers on duty in your school and
draw their attention to their responsabilities at work. I suggest that you solve this
problem and inform the teachers on what repercussions have on the students.

I trust this matter will be resolved as soon as possible, with the implication of the
school council and the teachers that are involved in this matter.

Yours sincerely,

Rebeca Porumboiu
