The following are the consideration on managing a class:
1. Classroom structure or setting which is conducive for learning the lesson plan, instructional materials
and other things is carefully prepares.

create a group activity to achieve full participation of the students.

The adherence of 3 aspect of environment the physical environment, learning and emotional environment these
will impart also to the teaching process providing conducive learning among learners. It also brings interest and
opt to give numerous opportunities to be explored. Advocate harmonious learning that poster positive
environment with a positive impact on academic performance and organize facilities approach to flexible
learnings.

3. What things do teachers need to consider in managing the class?


1. Create organizational plan on your to do list every day to have smooth flow of planned activities.
2. Scheduling of a good time management

4. Always consider all physical environment for the safety of any precautions

2. Explain the importance of each assessment principle:


a. Address learning targets or curriculum goals
learning targets or curriculum goals is essential to provide students with measurable objectives in the
level of knowledge and skills. It also ensures that pupils thoroughly comprehend the learning objectives and
uses strategic ways on what should the students learn on the end of the lesson.

b. Provide efficient feedback on instructions.


Giving students feedback entails explaining what they are doing correctly and badly, with the emphasis
on what the pupils are doing correctly. It is most beneficial to a student's learning when they are explained what
is correct and incorrect about their work.

c. Use a variety of assessment procedures


Create tests that examine information and learning in various ways, such as: formative
assessment, objective type, reflective assignments that ask students to reflect on their own learning or evaluate
their learnings; and reports that detail what a student has done; research articles that make a case and provide an
answer.

d. Ensure that assessment is valid, reliable and fair.


For the judgments about students' learning that we make from assessments to be valuable, they must be
valid. They should also be reliable because they deliver the same results every time they are used. In other
words, the assessments must be accurate and dependable indicators of students' academic progress.

e. Keep record of assessment.


Records of Assessments must be kept in order to provide a verifiable record of a learner's progress from
the beginning to the end of a course or program. It also serves as authenticity of the records for instances there
are clarification or complaint about their score or grades.

f. Interpret and communicate results of assessment meaningfully.


This give critique among students if they meet the learning objectives or failed. Integrate feed backing
after the assessment to know the correct response and for any improvements.

C. School Environment
1. What makes a good physical environment?
A clean classroom where everything is arranged neatly is both attractive and comfortable place to stay
in. Students and teachers must be alert and fast in maintaining arrangement of instructional tools and materials.
Furniture kept in proper places and well- planned seating assignment speak of tidy and organized room.

2. How does the school environment impact students’ motivation and academic achievement?
It serves as a second home of the learner definitely foster positive impact on the academic performance if the
school environment is safe and sound to accommodate all the students. This also establish positive climate in
promoting conducive and opportunistic learnings.
3. Which components of the school environment greatly impact student academic performance?

The physical environment is greatly impactful student academic performance. Particularly, the climate and
ambiance of the J.H school nurture to administer safe facilities, setting of classroom and influence learner to be
motivated if they have organized environment. Thus, learning environment and emotional environment also
play a vital role on the dynamic learning opportunities and building good rapport towards students.
