INTRODUCTION
Exploring the challenges facing the student council presidents in Senior High
School is the focus of this action research project. These are the difficulties of a student
leader faces, according to our observations; It was never simple to be a student leader.
More hard work, perseverance, and patience are required. It’s common to feel pressure,
fear of failure and disappointment, etc. We watch them working on their tasks all the
time and look up to them since they serve as an example for everyone. It is quite
demanding to be a student leader. For our entertainment, they will plan and organize a
variety of activities. They will organize events for us to increase our self – esteem in our
range of abilities. They’re going to make a project suggestion that everyone can get
behind. To discipline us, they will create rules and regulations. They will also take the
lead in bringing us all together. You should remain committed to our goals as a rising
leader. Not only will gaining leadership abilities improve your role as a student, but it will
also increase your capacity to better both your own and other people’s lives.
