performance of security services as they patrol
the parking lots and grounds during the school
days. Most of them rated the security services
as Outstanding whereas one (1) evaluated them
as unsatisfactory. On the other hand, in Fig. 1.B
on monitoring the arrival and departures to
campus, the security received the Outstanding
rating from 52.5% of the evaluators. Lastly in
Fig. 1.C which notifies the school administration
of any security risks to students, faculty, and
staff, the services of the security received
almost equal ratings for Oustanding and Very
Good evaluation. Thus, for the three items, the
security services got a remarkable observation
as more than satisfaction from TUPC
stakeholders.

Figure 1D demonstrates the assessment of security
services in terms of promptly informing the school
administration about any damage to external
campus property. The majority of respondents
(45.9%), rated the security services as Outstanding
while two respondents rated them as
unsatisfactory. In Figure 1E, the security services
received nearly equal ratings of outstanding and
very good for effectively communicating and
collaborating with school employees and
community members. Similarly, Figure 1F focuses
on maintaining a high level of confidentiality
regarding student, faculty, and staff information to
comply with legal requirements. Most respondents
rated the security services as outstanding,
however, three of the respondents rated them as
unsatisfactory. Hence, the security services in
general, received significant praise from TUPC
stakeholders for these three aspects.

Figure 1G showcases the evaluation of the
security force's adherence to the university's
"NO ABANDONMENT OF DUTY" policy. The
security services received nearly equal ratings of
Outstanding and Very Good. Likewise, in Figure
1H, which focuses on promptly informing
campus officials about students who violate
provisions in the Student Handbook, the
security services received an Outstanding rating
from 47.5% of the evaluators. Lastly, Figure 1I
pertains to promptly notifying campus officials
about any damage to or missing school property,
and the security services received almost equal
ratings of Outstanding and Very Good.
Consequently, the security services received
positive observations from TUPC stakeholders
for these three aspects.

Figure 1J demonstrates the assessment of security
services in terms of Implementing strictly the NO
ID / NO ENTRY policy to all employees, students,
and visitors. The majority of respondents (63.3%)
rated the security services as Outstanding. In
Figure 1K, the security services received a
remarkable Outstanding Rating from 62.3% of the
evaluators for maintaining the visitor's logbook and
issuing the visitor's ID control card and visitor
pass.. Lastly, Figure 1L focuses on Inspect the
vehicle under chassis using ostrich mirror when
entering the campus. Most respondents rated the
security services as outstanding, however, three
respondents rated them as unsatisfactory.
Nonetheless, the security services still received
impressive ratings from TUPC stakeholders for
these three aspects in general.

thorough inspection of all vehicles entering and
leaving the campus premises. Most of them rated
the security services as Outstanding whereas one
(1) evaluated them as unsatisfactory. On the
other hand, in Fig. 1. N on Checking that all doors
and windows are closed and locked after office
hours, the security received the Outstanding
rating from 42.6% of the evaluators. Lastly, in Fig.
1.O which Provides assistance to a vehicle driver
in entering and leaving the designated parking
area properly, the services of the security
received almost equal ratings for Oustanding and
Very Good evaluation. Thus, for the three items,
the security services got an exceptional
observation from TUPC stakeholders.

To sum up, the security services at TUPC have proven

to be efficient and effective in their role. With
outstanding ratings in multiple areas, including patrol,
monitoring, notification, and access control, they have
4 consistently upheld the safety and security of the
school community. Their professionalism in
maintaining confidentiality, compliance with legal
3 requirements, and prompt response to incidents is
commendable. The security force's diligence in their
duties reflects their commitment to creating a safe
learning environment. The remarkable performance of

the security services is proof of their expertise and
contribution to the overall security services of the
campus.

TUPC Security Services Evaluation, the overall
performance of the security got a 4.11 total mean
score and acquired a descriptive rating of Very Good.
