The line chart illustrates the number of closed-stores and opened-stores in one country
from 2011 to 2018. Overall, the closed-stores started at lower quantity than the opened
one, while after eight years passed, the closed-stores outraced at the end of year 2018.

Looking at the data of closed stores, their number was just above 6000 store to face the
business challenges in 2011 since there were many stores ongoing against them, but they
successfully increased a thousand shop in two years. On the other hand, the total of new
stores began at around 8,500 and kept decreasing until 2012 before it rebounded.

Accidently, in 2014, the total of closed and opened stores were on the same level, then the
closed stores set off to fall down dramatically to below 1000 shops in 2015 though they
returned quickly at 5000 shops in 2016 and remained the same until the end of period.
Meanwhile, the closed stores also had minor decline until in 2015, it was on steady state
similar to new shops for two years then reduced to 3000 in 2018.
Some people think that facing the challenges, either in work or private lives, is essential for
human beings to grow and develop. This essay will elaborate the positive and negative
impacts of that statement.

The possible issue to confront the problems in everyday life, both as a worker or person, is
to gamble whether the concerns are worth to take or not. Many people do not want to
encounter those things such as being a group leader in a company, or they must deal with
something when they are alone. Moreover, the responsibility of taking the challenges will
only be faced by themselves individually since consequences will come along with their
decision to encounter the attempt. For instance, a student hesitates to use his saving to
apply for scholarship because he is afraid to pass the test or not. Likewise, the businessman
is trying to do impossible project which the result may harm all his partners.

However, being professional in work area or in private life is to put the priority of the group
or their personal choice over another. Sometimes, facing something undoubtful with its
result will be challenging but the process on how to go through it is what matter the most.
People will not recognize which options are better to choose since they to avoid problems,
whilst, be acquainted with their opportunity somehow is the only way to distinguish which
one is the best for every occasion such as doing business with others or deciding something
for our private life.

In conclusion, despite the negative issue, encouraging ourselves to deal with the risk will
make us improve day by day along with the process since each time we fail, we will try to go
up again and again without avoiding those problems even though it requires many spirits to
overcome.
