It has come to our attention that some Construction Management Teams implements the
project they are assigned to using forms which are not officially registered.

It is therefore advised that ALL CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT TEAMS shall ONLY use
forms which are officially registered in the conduct of the Projects of MDC.

This ensures uniformity of the forms used across all sites and facilitates the processing of such
forms in the Head Office and guarantees conformance to the Procedures under our Quality
Management System.

If you are in need of copies of such forms, please do not hesitate to contact the QA and ISO
