Maxipro Development Corporation (MDC) brags about the quality of the works we render
to our clients. We ensure that the quality of our works is based on the specifications and
standards of our projects. Quality is the heart and soul of our continued existence and success
and is never compromised.

In this light, all Project Management Teams are hereby directed to report directly all issues
regarding the quality of materials and works found in the projects or Area of Responsibility
(AOR) to the Quality Assurance Division for immediate attention and resolution. Failure to
report any quality issue shall warrant a Corrective Action Request and is subject for further
Performance Evaluation of the concerned Project Team or individual person. This shall cover
all quality issues including those not cited in the Non-Conformance Notice (NCN) issued by
National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP).

You may directly report quality issues to the following personnel:
