 Draw Fiber Ring and Continuously Checking Protection Path to avoid any fiber issue.
 Responsible for performance related faults like (packet loss, latency, utilization report) analysis within SLA 30
minutes using guidelines.
 Coordinating with Telco to report and isolate issue (Circuit down, intermittent, packet loss, Chronic issues etc.)

  Transport: - In Large facility (OADM) maintain Alcatel Lucent’s PSS-32, loss prevention and installation. In other
sites (OADM) and ILA’s maintain PSS-4 manner of loss prevention also handle the Preventive maintenance
activity in regular activity.
 IP Access: - Work on Network protocols (BGP, MPLS) and its troubleshooting also Installation and commissioning
of routers i.e. ASR-901, ASR-903, ASR-920 (I & O), ASR-9010 in Cisco and Juniper Troubleshooting and support in
day to day activities. Handle the preventive Maintenance of Collectors (ASR-903) and Cluster sites. Router IOS
upgradation activity. Resolve all kind issues with help of NOC Team.
 Provide Physical support for non-connecting / unreachable sites, also resolve the issue in assign timings.
 Others: - Installation and configuration and troubleshooting of Small-Cell Devices, Configuration and
troubleshooting of Microwaves (ceragon and NEC) for connectivity related issues also help to provide
reachability of Microwave sites as well as their utilities.
