Responsibilities:
 Electrical and Maintenance Head at Peacock and Panther Unit.
 Lead the team of subordinates to develop a motivated and competitive team for electrical &
maintenance department.
 Looking all the utility departments, wood works, welding works, sanitation works, Ac’s works,
compressor works, boiler and Civil works.
 Looking 02 sites of Apparel (Knit) Divisions having 1200 stitching machines to make the world
largest brands Levi’s, Adidas, JC Penny, Wall Mart and Hanes.
 Maintaining all the inspection reports and international standard for electrical system to compete
international audits like JC Penny, KIK, PUMA, Levi’s and Walmart.
 Working according to International Standard Organization (ISO) regarding Compliance i.e. electrical
safety, Fire safety & Building safety, with the attested facilities from BUREAU VERITAS & Elevate
companies.
 Recently installed Lightning Protection System (LPS) at our Apparel facilities to prevent Lightning
strokes according Bangladesh National Building Code (BNBC).
 Assisting in completion of Electrical drawing, Electrical layout, Electrical earthing layout, Smoke
detector drawing and LPS drawing.
 Promote and execute quality standards, inspection processes, test methodology, quality plans,
documents and reports.
 Preparation of weekly, and monthly performance report for the management.
 I gifted MS Excel Sheet to Electrical Department that can elaborate the performance of Individual
unit’s site heads by using Pivot Table, Graphs and Time table.
 Raise of demands, store requisition, OGP by using HRMS and NEW IMS Mills Developing Oracle
Company.
 Internal auditor of all MTM facilities, verification of Implemented Kaizen, Electrical Safety and 5 S.
  Reporting of daily consumption reports of daily Steam, Compressed Air, Generator, and WAPDA
Energy with the help of SCADA System.
 Monthly Inspection report of MDB, SDB, Lux Report, and Emergency Exit lights, UPS and Motor
Maintenance Report according to International standard.
 Yearly Inspection report of IR and ER Test with the help of Megger and Earth Meter.
 Twice a year deliver presentation on electrical safety.
 Commissioning and installation of J312 (635 KW, 415 V) Generator with collaboration of PEL
Team.
 Reading of all Electrical Drawings, Testing and Troubleshooting of ELV systems.
 Installation of 300 KVAR Capacitor Bank Panel to improve P.F.
 Monthly verify Electricity Bills of all facilities of MTM with the help of advance Excel
