Key Deliverables:

 Work on Snow portal to maintain the customer service ticket, RHS tickets, complain tickets,
incidence ticket, change request tickets, customer authorization, customer circuit ID, Access
Activation and De-activation.
 Work on capacitive portal to maintain cooling and power system from UPS level to Rack level,
maintain a record of customer (Number of Rack power ON/OFF/Spare) and free space of Server

Incidence Management at ESDS Mumbai:

On 7th Oct 22, 1 x 200kVA Hittachi made UPS battery bank Main MCCB switch tripped Due to an
increase in temperature of UPS IC, and our UPS also tripped at the same time. After explaining the
circumstances to management, the latter suggested that the vendor be notified to upgrade the UPS, and
the UPS load was then transferred to a parallel UPS. The vendor discovered the issue and, after
doing many switchovers, found that several ICs were defective because of an imbalanced voltage
originating from the MSEB side.
After that, we will prepare the SOP for the replacement of the IC and present it tomanagement
and the DC team.

Begin the IC replacement work after receiving approval, and after completing the
repair, request an RCA report from the vendor and insurance as well. Was physically
present while managing a data center and a four-story office buildingwith MEP project
in Nashik between May 2021 and Jun 2022 -

 Prepare maintenance Check List for Equipment– Daily A–check, Weekly, Monthly, Half
Yearly, Annual.
 Carrying out scheduled maintenance of all equipment including HT panel, LT panel, VCB,
RMU, ACB breakers etc.
 Ensuring to complete PM tasks on schedule in accordance with the PPM calendar and to
keep track of all equipment’s history cards.
 Ensured to Carrying out necessary power monitoring of equipment as well as ON/OFF
status through BMS System.
 Responsible for Allocating Rack space in Server Hall from installing Profile work till
Powering ON that Rack and supervising proper fiber cable laying and dressing inside the
racks and on network cable trays.

project based on RFPs and standards with physically presented in Bangalore DC and completed
the Project.

300 rack and non-IT load HVAC system, electrical cabling, panel & electrical systems, DGG
system, ups system, IBMs system & BMS system taking care the collocation Data center
complete project.
