Introduction

The number of sensitized fishermen at the port, is increasing day by day over different
sections. The FLOs huge experience and long friendship with those fishermen, pave the way
for the awareness speech to reach every sailor’s ear and eye and get their attention to create
a sense of affirmative consciousness among them all.

The today’s report is spotlighting the impact of FLO awareness speech on some fishing
association’s representatives.

Summary of today’s completed work

FLO teaming up with some of the most hegemonic traditional fishing associations at
the port:

• More than 300 fishing skiff belongs to this traditional fishing association,
approximately half of them to be considered as the most daily active section in
fishing regularly around the cable maintenance zone before the cable repair process
was started.
• FLO reported today, that he has once again met with some members of the
mentioned fishing association, in order to see how their fishermen are progressing
with their daily fishing activity taking into consideration their awareness towards the
RAYMOND CROZE cable maintenance operation.
• Those representatives claimed that they had taken the awareness message with all its
regular methods into account, and maintaining their disciplinary fishing actions until
the FLO announce the news of the cable repair official completion.
• They also claimed that they have real respect to the way the procedures of the
awareness campaigns are progressing. They said that it is giving them some kind of
profession value to the way they are seen by those cable repair professionals.
• FLO reported that he knows how to handle those fishermen when it comes to
avoiding some interested fishing zones like the cable one, and also deals with them
with soft technical methods which get most of them agreed.

Conclusion
We keep saying that, we have no issues promoting the sensitization campaigns only within
the framework of authoritative decisions and crucial field interventions that may do harm to
those fishermen. On the other hand, we always choose to take advantage of the good
reputation we have and do some kind of balance while dealing with fishermen particularly.

We gain their respect and support by the way we approach them. Therefore, perfect
outcome is the one and only target we seek for; plus, your satisfaction.
