Important Instructions for First Term Examination (2023-2024)

 Read the question paper very carefully.

 Attempt the question paper in proper sequence.
 In multiple choice questions, write the correct options, along with the correct answers. (If not
done properly, marks will be deducted)
 Give proper headings and sub headings wherever required.
 Be careful about parts and sub parts
 Leave a line after every answer
 Underline keywords
 Attempt the diagram based questions properly with labeling on Right hand side.
 In mathematics, draw the figures neatly with pencil and scale.
 Please write the name and roll number on the map and graph, and kindly attach it in between
the sheets. Mention your name, class, section, and roll numbers on both – map or graph.
 Attempt your paper with blue gel pens. (Ball points are not allowed)
 Bring your own stationery (blue/black gel pens, 2 pencils, erasers, sharpeners, and scale)
 If you don’t know any particular answer, write the question number, leave some space according
to the question and then start the next answer.
 If still unable to answer, write NA (Not Attempted) in front of the question number at the end
before submitting the answer sheet.
 Use of whitener is strictly prohibited.
 In case you are caught cheating your paper will be canceled. (Frisking will be done in the
beginning)
 For any rough work, draw a margin on the right hand side of the answer sheet. (No extra sheet
for rough work will be provided)
 Keep ten minutes for revision work after attempting your paper.
 For preparing any subject you are advised to revise everything in writing.
