Subject : Informations about batteries of Mobiles 100/200 Reflexes

We remind that the average life cycle of a battery is approximately 24 months (more than 500 cycles
charge/discharge, that depends on the mode of use, the speed of charge and discharge, ...).
Consequently beyond this period, a degradation of the performances of the product can appear
(loss of autonomy, deterioration of the audio quality, being able to be accompanied by appearance
of a background noise or whistling rather than a frank cut in communication, ...).
It is thus requested from the Partners before any return of product in repair:
− to test the product with a new battery (correctly charged), in order to check if the noted defect
persists,
− to check the date of manufacture of the battery (being reproduced on the battery under the
following format: AASS (year-week)).
If the problem disappears with a new battery, and if the original battery is old, it must be replaced.
On the other hand, if the problem persists, the terminal must be turned over in repair.
As of February 2004, the procedure for the After Sale Support of Mobile DECT 100 and 200
Reflexes evolves: any material of this type must be turned over to the Repair Center with its battery.

REMINDER
A new or recent battery strongly discharged can cause similar problems. A simple complete charge of the
battery must then solve the problem.
