 EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

The research report, titled "A Study of export proccdure and documentation'" meets the MBA
Semester-IIIrequirement at the S.R. Luthra Institute of Management in Ankleswer.

The study's objective is to examine the procedure of the fireeze-dried products form amazon
seller account and documentation. which kind of documents are need when we engaging in
export business and who issue these documents and the procedure of the issuing these
documents means all about impotence of the documents.

There are six chapters in the reports. The first chapter refer to advantages and disadvantages
of this technology the process of freeze drying how it work etc.

Chapter two includes global scenario of freeze-drying industry how many players in this
industry, the current trend of this industry, and advantage and disadvantage of this
technology.
The third chapter contains information on Hamps Bio Pvt. Ltd. how many departments in
this company and how they handling entire operation. history of the company etc.

Chapter four provides an overview of numerous departments, including those responsible for
human resources, marketing, quality control, accountant, manufacturing, packaging.

Chapter five is about of export procedure and documentation are needed in export.

Chapter six focuses entirely on the practical learning I did during my internship, incuding
the type of work I didin the company and the skills I developed during that time.
